After earning her degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, she traded coastal views for mountain peaks, drawn by a deep love of skiing and the incredible outdoor lifestyle Montana offers.

Now proud to call Livingston home, Nancy is rooted in her mountain community. Married to a skilled builder, she has a unique understanding of quality construction and the value of a well-crafted home. As a parent to two wonderful kids (and a lively dog), she knows firsthand the importance of finding the perfect place to raise a family.
